Pros

Some of the people I worked with on my team were amazing

Cons

Major favoritism among management, have to jump through tons of hoops for any sort of recognition or promotion, new hires start out at the same pay as those who have been in the company for a couple years, bullying from management and zero accountability, training is horrible so you might as well teach yourself

Cons

Nepotism in leadership (In Austin COE), only yes-men get heard Processes of how the Account Coordinator job functions are changed rapidly without any time to recover from previous changes Cannot keep good colleges

Pros

You will have lots of autonomy and flexibility.

Cons

Worst onboarding and training program I ever experienced in my career. There is no formal training program. Coworkers are too busy to help. The working environment is very chaotic, disorganized and lack's structure. It is not a welcoming environment; it is more competitive than collaborative.
