      Great culture with a lot of opportunities for young professionals

      AMAZING culture, it is very inclusive and there are lots of opportunities for young professionals to grow within the industry and also connect with your colleagues through various networking programs/events.

      Not enough staff and it takes a very long time to get an approval from the upper management to increase headcount

      People in the teams are great

      Cons

      Managers at SVP level, head of and above constantly display bullying, aggressive, unprofessional behaviours and it's constantly overlooked even when it's witnessed in meetings. Poor structure in place with lack of leadership experience. Absolute shambles and really demotivating place to work. Feels like you are screaming in the office and no-one is hearing you. Feel awful for the hard working lower level team members who are completely undervalued, under paid and over worked.
