Hybrid Work Independent most of the time

Cons

Insufficient training and have to learn on the fly No support Account Manager is title in application only, you work is customer service and everyone refers to you as service Do everything that sales team can do including closing deal on a policy and licensed for Property and Casualty, but get no commission You are customer service, retention, billing, sales expert while everyone else only does 1 thing

Management is lazy doesn’t know what they’re doing, they don’t actually care about diversity so they allow certain people to get away with not doing their jobs so they don’t get in hot water for not being inclusive
