Pros

Additional resources available to employees not reflected in salary, like discounts at certain stores/venues, etc., colleague resource groups available to build a strong camaraderie outside of work role, flexible work hours. Great benefits packages.

Cons

Little to no communication with upper management outside of the office. Attempting to change processes took a very long time. Generational gap in employees was sometimes difficult to navigate. Limited career opportunities depending on which department you're in, and was difficult to jump to different departments.

Great place to work, like the people. Good benefits.

Cons

Senior management changes every other year, changing prioritized initiatives which leads to confusion and frustration among staff.
