Pros

Marsh is a leading company on their industry. It is always ahead of the competition and looking forward to the 4th industrial revolution, being a protagonist on the digital transformation and concerned with client experience. The new CEO, John Doyle is a great business man. It is positively changing the company and very quick.

Cons

Some decisions still too long to be taken, but this is currently changing, so I'm very positive that the company will keep the leader position and be part of insurance market transformation.

Pros

Good Support through CPD and Professional Development. Training process for new starters is of a good standard. Variety of opportunities due to the size of the company

Cons

Poor salary in terms of industry average causes experienced/valued staff to seek alternative employment to further their salary progression and lose depth of knowledge because of it.
