Pros

The people are great. It's a very collaborative atmosphere. There is a lot of opportunity and mobility up and laterally is achievable.

Cons

Senior management has no clue what is going on. That, or they don't care about the colleagues. They need to start listening to colleagues who tell them the truth that they don't want to hear.

Pros

Coworkers in my group are great in my group. Job stability.

Cons

Management is an old boys club. Unless you're a producer, don't expect an increase or bonus (no one seems to know how bonuses are calculated. Very heavy workload, no work life balance.

Cons

No career growth or clearly defined career path for employees, no raises, severe micromanagement at all levels, constantly restructuring, promotions are based on seniority and not competence, incompetent people are promoted.
