Pros

At first it seems to be a good place to work. Benefits are at par with other places, so nothing special. An opportunity to work with some great people who secretly felt the same as I was feeling, a couple weeks in the job.

Cons

ZERO work life balance. the expectation is unrealistic. no time to join any company events. operations are treated like second class citizens, during early releases ops is exclude d. Christmas gift cards were handed out and I didn't even get one. training is horrible, not sure why they keep the same training structure which is postponed for weeks on end. meeting over the lunch hour every single day and when I asked for it to change, it was ignored by all. brokers are disrespectful and entitled. I had everyone's back, but no one had mine.
