Very political, toxic environment, low pay, overworked, unrealistic deadlines, teams are understaffed, snobby and rude brokers, etc.

Large company with great talent. Hard working and also nice to each other. Lots of resources for insurance/business side of things.

Cons

IT is behind due to being very careful. Some managers tend to micro-manage. IT training is lacking. Pay is okay but great benefits.
