Advancement track can cryptic. New grads often favoured for advancement over more seasoned pros. Need more staffing at client services level.

Pay doesn’t increase much , not much room to progress

Pay is not competitive. Graduate Scheme is seen as cheap labour and they do little to retain post scheme.

No real cons as most can be managed and there is plenty of support available to help you manage yourself better.

Slow promotion path and salary increase, reluctant to invest on training cost, reluctant to approve necessary travelling cost for business development

Poor Salary for too much work

Austin office in particular has a smaller budget. They had created a new role which led to a lot of people to believe that they would be compensated for it to only find out that they weren't. This led to a lot of people quitting at once. Workload is high.
