Terrible structure "Open door" policy if your lucky your manager has time. Expect to wait 2-4 months from start of interviews to your start date. Didn't have and exit interview Didn't hear from my boss after I gave my 2 weeks, he ghosted me basically. Hustle culture, with many employees on the verge of a burnout. Don't go for the big name company, it's not worth the grey hairs that'll come with it.

- Company promised that layoffs wouldn't happen during Covid in 2020. Not even a year later lay offs happened in exchange for more employees in India. - Questionable reasons of termination of employees. - Disorganization is rampant in some departments. - Constant promises not being fulfilled.

Japan branch has a unique rule to permit working from home at most for 40 days a year. Message from manager is not always clear to share their thought to employees and evaluation process seems to be unclear.

Managers aren’t encouraging or good at training

Mandatory overtime more often than none, Micro-managers, pay is not fair. Expectations from management make you feel like you can’t win for anything.

Could always use more people!

Had been some staff turnover, however it’s a competitive job market at present. Also had colleagues in other business sectors who have shared more negative experiences with their colleagues/managers, but that is not my own experience.

Depending on who your direct manager is/if you are in geography or specialty can significantly influence your ability to grow/develop/move into other roles in the organization. Hours can be quite long and large organization can be challenging to navigate.

Work load/Work life balance. Salary is behind market/competitors
