Pros

From my experience, MasterControl is a great place to work. They focus on hiring exceptional people, creating an excellent company culture, and being competitive with salaries. Leadership is down to earth and there is a true "team" feeling there. If you are familiar with the book, "Anatomy of Peace" - that is just one example of many on how they strive to lead the company.

Cons

They offer a 401K, but do not do any matching. There are not many holes here, but this is one for me. I suspect that will change at some point.

Cons

Grew too fast, disorganized, lack of communication between departments, disjointed systems. Afraid of change!

Cons

Pay is low compared to most companies and benefits are pretty standard. Team needs more organization and experience. Not much room to grow / expand career wise.
