Pros

Benefits and your co-workers. Those are the only good things here.

Cons

Layoffs. A lot of my colleagues were laid off recently, and they were not given any reason as to why. The hoopla and culture is all fake. They are nice to your face, but fake behind your back and will fire you whenever they want. No room for growth.

Non compete clause in the offer is 2 years and their is lengthy litigious process when you leave the company even if you are not in c-suite but a rank and file employee. You may become unemployable. so be careful

Very top heavy. So many new executives and middle management people were hired, changing the company culture for the worse.
