Great Work Life balance Good Values played out at the C Level especially by HR and CEO Great growth Chairman is not for everyone, however he is forward thinking and very amusing if you do not take his jibes to heart.

Benefits poor in comparison to other companies in the area Pay has not kept up with the current market rates in the area Direction and communications are hit and miss Too many assumptions made with a real lack of market research Too much of an insular US mindset for a Global company No diverisity in leadership Leadership are all from the US with little knowledge of the outside world and believe the rest of the world works just like the US. Lack of security awareness for important customers
