Pros
Benefits People Autonomy It's a decent company that wants to do the best they can.
Cons
Onboarding Dated Processes During the interview and hiring process there were many times I felt left in the dark and did not know what was going on. Once hired there was no specific onboarding process. It took me many months before I even really knew what my specific duties were and how to complete them satisfactorily, and even then it has been a pretty consistent "That's not quite what we meant....we wanted it this way." So it was a pretty rough start, even though the people were kind. It feels like MasterControl wants to be a slick tech company that adapts quickly, but the upper echelons of management seem to operate by old standards from the late 90's. Everything moves slowly, and there is a lot of resistance to change.
