I was always able to feel like my ideas were heard and supported. A very humble yet skilled leadership team that I trust will continue to lead the company in the right direction. I never felt micro managed and genuinely enjoyed most of the people I was working with.

Cons

Things can feel like they aren't moving fast enough sometimes. Maybe not a whole lot of room for growth due to the fast that most employees stick around so long.
