Pros

Company pays 100% of medical premiums. Fitness clubs are super fun, and you get some paid time for them as well. They encourage getting to know other employees, and even put different snacks on different floors to get you to walk around other departments.

Cons

Dental plan isn't really that great, other than that it's awesome.
