-Salary may not be as competitive as other similar job positions, but this comes with the inherent benefits of not having as stressful as a job

Pros

From my experience, MasterControl is a great place to work. They focus on hiring exceptional people, creating an excellent company culture, and being competitive with salaries. Leadership is down to earth and there is a true "team" feeling there. If you are familiar with the book, "Anatomy of Peace" - that is just one example of many on how they strive to lead the company.

Cons

They offer a 401K, but do not do any matching. There are not many holes here, but this is one for me. I suspect that will change at some point.

-There's a great company culture here, there a tons of great people to work with -You can ask just about anyone for help, management encourages it, they don't want you to work in a bubble - There's a great work-life balance here - Flexible hours - Two work from home days - Team autonomy, mostly - 401k (no matching though), 100% covered health insurance (depending on your benefit allowance, dental and vision insurance can be covered) - Customer centric, Mastercontrol cares about their customers

Cons

- Using older technology to develop product (but working on modernizing) - Process bogs down innovation - Projects can be dull - Can feel disorganized at times
