      Pros

      Maybe it's because I'm comparing Matterport to the environment from which I came, but I could not be happier with the culture and environment provided by the Matterport team. It certainly feels like the company is headed in the right direction and there is an energy and light-heartedness that is felt in a very positive way.

      Cons

      I would like my team to do more as a team. While the energy is great, I would like to feel closer to my teammates and I feel the best way for that is for a few more "coffee talks." kick back from the computer for 20min and take a break as a team - either offsite or on - to chat about anything that's on our minds.

      Pros

      Great start-up company with lots of career opportunities and wonderful benefits. Managers encourage employee growth & creativity. Healthy catered lunches are also a nice treat.

      Cons

      The fast paced agile environment can sometimes be draining.
