Pros

Temporary/Working with some great people

Cons

Lack of training placing people on hold to search for answers followed by reduction in bonus for lengthy holds, Making mistakes will cost people their coverage, not exactly forthcoming with reason for quality call ratings. Quality in this case refers to reading the script verbatim even when it doesn't make sense and consumers are completely confused. Micro managing is at is all time best followed around by people with walkie talkies, monitored phone calls by people who are also not properly trained and supervisors with the company's best interest in mind, not the consumer. Whatever you do go to the bathroom before your shift and on your break. One minute will cost you the numbers you need for "bonus"

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

The politics and unprofessional management of this job made my experience extremely unbearable. I have never had such an extremely horrible time at a workplace in my life, and I never made it out of training! First, no one follows the rules after the first day and even when a few of my training coworkers broke the no-cellphone rule, they continued to keep their job. Only a handful of my coworkers wore the proper attire, not one who wore jeans and tattered shoes, was told to go home. Not one. Our trainer was the most unprofessional person ive ever worked under-she called people out in class and embarrassed them! This place is a high school bull-show. Not worth the money they pay-the stress makes a lot of the production floor break the rules daily. They have to destress and talk pretty badly about callers, each other, and management. If you don't play along or you are not a favorite, you will be singled out and humiliated. Lastly, the managers never told us about having to do mandatory overtime to clear the call que-it could range from minutes to hours! I was not told this when signing up for this job and it was not made clear until the second week of training. THIS JOB IS NOT WORTH IT.

Pros

You will learn enough information to move on to a better career.

Cons

Unrealistic goals. No advancement. Understaffed. You have two 15 minute scheduled breaks and a 30 minute scheduled lunch BUT if you have to go to the bathroom outside those times that time is docked from your pay. There are a lot of rules, unfortunately some supervisors don't enforce them and other supervisors go to extreme.
