Good opportunity to move to different divisions if you are looking for new challenges. Some of the SLT managers are great to work with but a lot of these managers have left which is a real shame.

Cons

SLT are clicky - they bring their own people in to join their "club" and it's you against them. Rather bullish behaviour and when you don't fit they will bully you out. No point in trying to take it further, they will all stick together.
