good benefits and 8 hour shifts, interesting people to work with

Cons

clueless management, low pay, medieval staff structure where you feel you are butler to some high pay managers, not providing customer service to disabled people, to much rely on complicated digital technology

None to be honest aside from a lunch break which you end up working through to catch up with paperwork!

Cons

Awful management, pointless supporting job roles and positions that do nothing to help EAs, no real support, expected to constantly hit very unrealistic targets, heavily dependent on caseloads, no real protection in the workplace!
