Pros
Good benefits and perks, helpful HR team.
Cons
The #1 reason I don't recommend working at May Mobility is because there is no proven product-market fit for these vehicles. This technology is not yet able to compete with more traditional transit services on the market, and the services May does operate are sparsely used. Having been in business 5 years now, not having an established product-market fit is a concern. I agree with another Glassdoor reviewer - the outlook does not seem positive. #2: There is a gossipy and unprofessional culture among the leadership team and the company. Emotions run high and rumors spread rampantly. Every day felt like a news cycle for what the executive team was upset about that day when it should have felt like another day of driving forward toward our goals. The #3 reason: I personally would not feel safe riding in a May Mobility vehicle, and I would not let my loved ones ride in one either.
