      Started good, ended poorly

      Pros

      Many of the employees are great. Some of the senior leadership team is great. Benefits are okay.. not stellar, not terrible.

      Cons

      Senior leadership ignores many problems. Too many managers expect you to do jobs far outside your paygrade just because you can. Too many managers use "work family" to make you feel you have to work more for less. Senior management is not concerned enough about the employees. Money matters but so do the people making it for you. Few career paths beyond what you are hired for.

      Worst job I’ve ever had

      Pros

      I cannot think of any pros for this company aside from the pay for the bs work you have to do. And that’s still mediocre.

      Cons

      The management is terrible, plays favorites and trash talks the ones they don’t like for whatever reason. You can be an outstanding dedicated employee and you will get ZERO recognition for a job well done. Constant emails and notifications of mistakes or errors made. No positive feedback; extremely negative environment.
