Stay away from Patient Access Department in Alpharetta business office: management is something to be desired as a result it is hard to transfer to another department within the company due to the bad reputation. Current and previous employees find it extremely difficult to work with both the director and manager, as a result they find better jobs outside of the company. That department houses 14 reps and within a year or so they lost pretty much the whole team and are constantly looking for news reps not due to growth but the very high turn over rate!

Presented as relationship sales but definitely not. Required to make 15 calls per day plus lots of administrative work, truly a 50+hour a week job. Company does not have a great training program and management is not cohesive between operations and marketing. As more hospitals employ physicians, the ability to grow or make goal will continue to decline. Hospitals will control the healthcare market.
