Honestly no pro working with Medica

Cons

Frequent turnover for upper management. Upper management claims transparency but acts swiftly to make large disruptive changes to the workforce without any regard for employees or accountability for their actions. Medica buys up small health insurance companies that were high performing, then strips them of anything that makes the company good. Medica is running things into the ground, favoring ways to save a buck by automating or sending callers overseas rather than caring for their employees or offering them a competitive wage. 0 stars, red flag employer & will run you into the ground. Do not recommend.

TOXIC middle management that are more apt to yell, talk down to employees and give nothing but negative feedback than train. Upper management and HR do not help when situations are brought to their attention. Pay is below average.

Lies lies and more lies. Also when I put them as a previous employer, they blocked my calls and refused to respond to potential new employers with employment history, even though I had outstanding scores, positive feedback, positive comments and messages from members I assisted when they called.
