What we do as a corporation saves lives, and the contributions of each team member help to drive this. Regardless of your role, you can feel proud knowing that the work you do has a significant impact on patients in Canada. Medisys truly cares about the health of their employees. After an accident on vacation, multiple members of Medisys' senior leadership team personally stepped in to ensure I was in great hands and taken care of. When something scary and unpredictable takes place, you want to know that your company is behind you and there to support you. If you're in sales, you have complete autonomy to run your book of business and get creative with your conversations. Our offerings are all really exciting and easy to become quite passionate about. Now that Medisys is part of Telus Health, the sales team has received extremely comprehensive training with a broad team to support you in your conversations.

Cons

Sales roles are very autonomous, which is perfect for some but perhaps not for others. If you need more hands on support and direction, this may not be the role for you.
