Worst. Management. Ever. Do NOT work here, you'll quit within 2 months guaranteed. Management doesn't listen when told that the clinic is severely understaffed every day and then they scratch their heads wondering why literally everyone takes a leave of absence or quits. They act as though they're better than everyone else and mistreat their employees. Management also likes to make decisions about positions they know absolutely nothing about and when people object (as its not a helpful decision/healthy to the company) they literally say "well this is what's happening so you'd better get on board" and treat you like a child. I've also heard management gossiping about employees too other employees - incredibly unprofessional and offensive. I'm so glad I left, seriously the worst period of my career.

Company is permanently changing. Employee don't stay.
