      - Enjoyment of work contributed to the web applications I have worked on - Enjoyment of the people and dynamics of the teams - Good PTO policy - Good hybrid option and WFH options - Great onboarding and training program

      Cons

      - Not being able to work remotely outside of your home address - No employee stock purchase plan - Merchandise not extended - Recent mass firing of employees without a warning regarding their penalties of work from home submissions - Inability to provide compensation for a parking pass year round (rotation system where each employee must use public transportation 1 month out of the year)

      Thank you for your feedback. While in-office work is vital for team collaboration and development, we are very proud of our hybrid work-from-home structure that is available for most employees. Additionally, we provide PTO and flex time to ensure we create a flexible environment for a workforce with diverse needs. Training is extremely important for all new employees given the regulations and high standards we have within the CRO industry. We are very proud of the training programs we have in place here at the organization, not only for new employees, but for ongoing learning as employees continue to advance within the organization. While we do not offer an employee stock purchase plan, we do have a designated team that regularly reviews our compensation and benefits to ensure we are being competitive within our industry.

      A decent starting point

      Pros

      The CRA training program is thorough and prepares you to be a CRA. Most of the other employees are nice to work with. I have heard that other departments are much better to work in.

      Cons

      I would give this company a 2.5/5 if I could, but since it’s whole numbers, I’m rounding down. -There is so much nepotism through the company that needs to be addressed. -Your entire experience as a CRA is almost completely based on your manager which can be great or horrible -the workload can be overwhelming and if your manager is not receptive to his or her employees, you will be on your own to figure it out -some of the managers will watch your status to see if you are away from your desk for more than 5 minutes. -starting pay is low for industry standards -people get fired all the time and it’s really stressful watching your coworkers get perp-walked out of the building constantly

As an organization, we do not accept any form of discrimination or nepotism and encourage any employees to bring these complaints to Human Resources. We are experiencing a major growth period. While it’s an exciting time for the company, with that comes growing pains and we are working hard to bring great new employees to the company to help alleviate workload pressures. Additionally, we grew by nearly 25% last year and while there are many new faces, this does not necessarily represent turnover. We are sorry Medpace was not a fit for you but we wish you well in your future endeavors.

      -Supportive management structure -Good pay/merit/promotion incentive assuming you are meeting your performance expectations -Reputable training program

      Cons

      -Immediately resourced with a full workload after training completion. Although, the workload becomes very manageable over time. -Average health and paid leave benefits I really have no other complaints, I overall have been treated very fairly.

      Training program is pretty good, they throw you to the wolves fast. It's a good way to learn for some people.

      Cons

      Upper management micromanaged me heavily. Was nitpicked over minor things that didn't pertain to the job, and they didn't allow work from home at the time. It's possible they have changed since my time there,
