Pros

Like other reviewers I love my job because I love the people that I come to work with every day. I've never worked somewhere where I can honestly say that there isn't a single person who I don't enjoy interacting with and doesn't bring something great to the team. Relatedly - there's a refreshing lack of politics that have existed in every other company I've worked in. Everyone's on the same team moving in the same direction.

Cons

I think the culture is welcoming to all kinds of people and personality types, but it wouldn't be for everyone. It's mission "build a company that fosters a culture of respect and affection" and core values of Commitment, Kindness, and Humility drive both hiring decisions and the way people are valued. That may be kind of unsettling to people who are used to being evaluated solely based on traditional sorts of measures (i.e experience, skills, overall competence).

Pros

Fun energetic atmosphere. Growing company with interesting new applications and projects. Dogs in the office which is a great stress reliever. A sense of family with your co-workers, and because of this, company events are beyond fun. Having the opportunity to work for a CEO that genuinely believes, and loves his company, and everyone he employs.

Cons

No ping pong table, and if you're deathly allergic to dogs this may not be the right place for you.

I love coming to work everyday

Pros

I like what I do at Meeting Tomorrow. I enjoy my job and if I had to do the same job somewhere else - I'd probably still enjoy it.... but I wouldn't love it. The culture here is the difference. It's company wide, everyone feels it and contributes in their own way. It's telling that I've never heard someone complain about their job here. Ever. From top to bottom, everyone loves what they do and who they work with - and that makes it very easy to wake up everyday to come to work! If I told you that there is a company that puts culture above profitability, would you believe me? It's real.

Cons

The work environment here is not for everyone. It's constantly changing. We offer a diverse set of services to our clients which means that we have to learn new techniques and change our processes constantly. Sometimes it's a struggle and there will always be frustrations and growing pains, but we are all in it together. Someone who needs to know what they are going to work on from week-to-week for the next year may shy away from a company like this. The flip side is that if you're on board for the ride - you will be constantly challenged in a fast paced work environment, and that can be a lot of fun.
