Pros

Meeting Tomorrow is an exciting and growing company with a great culture. If you took Meeting Tomorrow and applied it to any sector, the company would just be as successful, as it's really the people and their work ethic that differentiates it from anyone else. Everyone is very welcoming and eager to help out.

Cons

I agree with the other reviewers that talked about how there is not a direct route to leadership roles. It's still a growing company, so because of that, all the roles grow organically . Paths to leadership are not as structured. Also, because the company is growing quickly, procedures and methods are constantly changing. Sometimes it feels like you're flying by the seat of your pants.

Pros

Meeting Tomorrow is the most constructive atmosphere I've ever worked in. The company is broken down into a structure that makes AV and Technology flow in and out, but the people here work together with a seamlessness and selflessness you don't see very often. People build you up for the work you do, they work hard with you and for you, and no one would ever leave until the job is done. Not only done - Done better than anyone else. Having come from a larger company, it means so much to work in an environment where everyone knows your name and you are rewarded based on what you bring to the table, not just circumstance or the amount of time you've worked there. People value you... How refreshing is that? When I was going through the interview process, what caught my eye most about Meeting Tomorrow was that each of the interviewers was an impressive, dynamic, interesting person - Someone I would want to get to know better. They asked challenging questions, but had great contributions - It was a conversation not a one sided interrogation. It turns out, each of those people is as impressive and awesome as they seemed! Overall: Great people, high standards, dynamic workplace, fun challenges, everyone is invested in the company's success and all of this fosters strong working relationships.

Cons

This is not a real Con, but Meeting Tomorrow is growing which means there may be a tiny hint of growing pains. I think as we continue to add new people and redefine roles, the infrastructure will get even stronger than it currently is.

Pros

I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to work for a well organized company. The departments are coordinated in a way that creates great work flow and easy problem solving. I can always find a solution without a headache, and I always know that when I pass a project on to the next stage it will be handled flawlessly. People know how to work hard and get things done here, which enables me to do a great job, which in turn creates an atmosphere that makes me truly love coming into work each day. On top of this, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming and open.

Cons

This is a smaller, growing company and the room for traditional growth is not as structured as a larger corporate company. However, I can say I have yet to feel held back by this.
