Pros

- Great Launch Pad - Culture is Great - You learn the ins and outs of true and traditional cold-calling - Competitive

Cons

- Low base for SDR work that is worth a ton - Can be a bad experience if you don't get a good Delivery Manager - Some people get promoted when they shouldn't be - It's like a post-college greek like org where it is professional but a ton of drama

Pros

I spent the first 9 months post-grad at mB Austin office. During my time here I learned so many unique sales techniques that have helped me get ahead in my current job. The culture of the office was probably my favorite part of my time there. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and wants you to succeed. I got hired out by my client after consulting for them for 4 months. I am so grateful for memoryBlue because it allowed me to work in the field I always wanted. The DM’s truly know what they are doing when coaching their team. My DM and MD were amazing. They both supported me the entire time I was there and helped me communicate with my client that I would like to be hired out. Every person in that office is there to support you. We would have office-wide call evals to coach SDRs on their calls. Everyone comes ready to give constructive feedback and helps you find ways to improve. I really would not be where I am today in my professional career if it weren't for memoryBlue!

Cons

One con I have is I would have liked to see mB asking incoming SDRs what tech sector they were most passionate about. I know that we do not always get to choose what comes into the pipeline but I think that might help SDRs get more excited about their client and work towards getting hired out.

Pros

Leadership cares a lot about development and training, best culture in town, lots of upward mobility, TONS of training. If you are a job seeking candidate, I encourage you to ask this question in every interview - "How many people in your office can your VP of Sales and Co-Founders name?" Chris and Marc are on all of the new hire trainings and make an effort to meet nearly every SDR in the company. Our Managing Directors can name every single SDR, manager, and client on their teams with their eyes closed. Can your other opportunities say the same? If you are looking for a place where you can learn more than your entire college career combined in your onboarding training alone - this is it. If you are looking for a boss that cares about your personal life and career progression - this is it. If you are looking for a place where you can build career and life connections (both professional and personal) - this is it.

Cons

I'd be lying if I said it's not hard. But that's life, that's sales. If you aren't willing to put in the work and constantly learn, you probably aren't the best fit here. Some people complain about what clients they get. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
