Pros

Family feel. The culture is built around strong emotional ties. The company receives fabulous loyalty without investing much into its workforce, due to hiring people of great character. The goodness of the team around you binds you to the company.

Cons

Declining industry, and poor management decisions. The lack of growth means little opportunity to grow. There is also no formal training program in place for career development.

Pros

Good benefits and sales experience. The training that the company provides is very good. Men's Wearhouse gives you all the tools you need to succeed. Your good performance as a consultant will greatly reflect in the pay you receive. Benefits that are available to you include health, dental, vision as well as a PMDA Account which you can use towards purchases of store product. Also you receive a very nice store discount on purchases.

Cons

As a Wardrobe consultant your pay is based upon commission. If you do not like to wear a suit or just shirt and tie then this is not the job for you.
