Pros

Decent pay and opportunities to learn. Free stna classes.

Cons

Very stuck up management. Feels like walking on pins and needles. Ghetto coworkers. Competition created in the sense that no one will help each other out and they will throw you under a bus immediately. Place is kept on a tight schedule I appreciate that but it was vet hard to keep up. New employees float around a lot which makes it hard to get a routine and then they will get mad at you for not having a set routine even if you've never been on the unit

Patients representative of ethnic groups from northeastern Ohio. Autonomy and ability to work with many different clinicians.

Cons

Parking, poor clinical competency and management bullying. HR not aware of issues concerning staff and how that relates to patient care and satisfaction.
