Great pay & great benefits

Cons

Stnas get treated like crap. The supervisors focus more on your flaws then they do on your strengths. The female workers are bullies. No one follows the rules. They do two person transfers alone. The residents decline quickly because of the poor care given.

management was horrible high turnover rate treated stnas like trash lowered the pay this year absolutely no flexibility in scheduling benefits suck terribly
