Human Capital ( formerly Human Resources) are unresponsive and slow to act when they do respond. There is a complete lack of essential training offered to Claims employees ie the fact that the company is still struggling with working the new claims system deployed 7/20/15 is proof. Senior Claims Leadership is in over their head and continually make poor decisions which affects the front line employees. IE the company is looking to hire an additional 117 claim representatives before the end of the year. Yet Sr. Claims Leadership since 7/20/15 has allowed hardworking employees leave and chose not to replace them which increased the workload for the remaining employees. The best career move I could ever make was to leave Mercury. My only regret is that I did not make the change sooner.

Where to start? This company over the last year has lost so many great experienced adjusters to competitors due to Mercury overworking/ underpaying us. Employees are not important to management and they do not hide this fact. So many employees having to go on stress leave.
