+ Great work environment. Everyone is very smart (especially technical experts) and focused on getting results. It's easy to rely on your teammates. + Good experience in an agency with a broad range of activities + Work gets results. You're really making a difference + Great benefits + Innovative solutions - at the front line of developing new solutions for how to work in complex states. It's very exciting to be in an environment looking for the answers. Good focus on agency-wide learning + Respectful of vacation time and leave

Cons

Not many. Hard to find promotion opportunities at the lower level - the organization is very focused on open positions, so there tends to be movement in and out as people wait for an appropriate role.
