Pros

Good way to gain experience, decent corporate culture in relation to other companies, mostly fun environment to work in

Cons

very low pay especially for all the responsibilities everyone has, number one priority is profit at the expense of all else including health and safety, no clear structure, poor communication, high employee turnover, if you disagree with upper management and voice your opinion you will be shut out, if you don't know somebody you will never make it to upper management.

Pros

Not a bad work culture, potential for career development if you know the right people, but if you don't, don't even think about it. Good learning opportunities to launch a career then move to another company.

Cons

People are over worked, compensation and benefits are extremely poor, inadequate support structures for employees, lack of communication, poor morale in some areas, unrealistic targets and focus on profit above all other things including health and safety of guests!
