Stepping stone - make it a quick step

Pros

The benefits are pretty good if you're a salaried employee. If you like kids, you'll like this job more. Pay is OK for an entry level job or to use as a springboard for a new career

Cons

There are no rewards for salaried employees. There is no work-life balance The majority of senior management is made up of the English, they are highly prejudice towards Americans Nepotism is not addressed Pay is low and there are few opportunities for increase unless you give up more of your life outside of work. Turnover rate is very high There is no valid feedback given on your performance No coaching is offered to improve your skills/career
