-If you can work the system the bonuses are ok - company car with gas card - all the overtime you want

Cons

- to put it simply unorganized in almost every aspect. -high turnover rate - raises are low even with high performance stated on evaluation. - they will use you and abuse you and tend to be a bit dishonest at times - arbitration agreements - pay is not competitive - quality of equipment has dropped significantly in last 6-8 months. - new products do not deliver what the sales department tends to spout to customers.

We have a serious cultural issue here at mettler-toledo that is long standing and deep-seeded in white males in power. We absolutely are a culture of white men at the top, and it has been integrally trickling down in the day-to-day work. We blindly comply and accept this culture without questioning it. Look at our group management committee on mt.com: every single person is a male. All of them white except one. Look at our Senior Staff in US – all white.

Great Product top of the line Pipettes.

Cons

Management is micro-managing and lack of autonomy! Stagnant environment, no room for career growth. Commission are at times held back and not accurately distributed. Tons of Back-Order, slow shipment to customers, most accounts are frustrated with their orders. Constantly loosing customers.
