30% employee discount, lots of room for promotion, different departments to learn in and develop yourself, always something new. Team members are tight knit and close with each other. SM advocates for great TMs and helps them develop their careers. Regular customers are so much fun to interact with. I read a lot of negative comments online about Michaels and I think the TMs have been jaded but bad managers and hateful customers. I've been with the company for five years and just continue to become more passionate about my work because of my amazing team.

Cons

Pay could be more competitive, higher level management plays favorites and looks the other way when it benefits them. Karen type customers are rewarded with gift cards when they complain about TMs following policies.
