Pros

The store itself is great - good employees, good customers, flexible management.

Cons

Company sucks. They keep reducing quality of product and cutting services while raising prices. Releasing technology that doesn't interface with what's already there or just straight up doesn't work at all. They use the cheapest contractors possible and communication is bad so HVAC and plumbing are constantly having issues. They do not make it possible to follow Seattle Secure Scheduling or train management on the existence or contents of the law. They keep having new ideas to show they care, like shipping bottled water to stores and lowering prices across entire departments, and then backpedaling shortly after rolling out the change. She's a hellhole.
