During Covid we thrived as a company to come together and streamline productivity. Then we were told we weren't productive enough so we came back to the office. they monitor your badges to see when you come in and leave, and any discrepancies they talk to you. THEN they eliminate more than half your team and shift their projects onto your workload, and if you talk about being overworked or burned out, and ask for help to prioritize- they throw it back on you as if your working on things that don't need attention. Manipulative and cannot trust leadership. If you consider this company they need to clear out leadership first. Pay is NOT industry standard. do your research and don't let them use you!

- mistreatment of employees, and mis management, - Poor compensation and no bonus’s or raises. - leaders treat you like this job is a biggest blessing, and hang the potential to be let go over your head. - This company WAS great to work for but upper management and leadership have completely changed the company dynamics and values. - They cut your team in half and expect the same output, They turn it around to it’s your fault for not managing your bandwidth. Overworked!
