Pros
Most customers are very fun and creative, and the schedule is very flexible. Easy to get time off (unpaid)
Cons
Pay is very low and it is tough to get breaks because there are not very many people on the floor at a time. Terrible communication between upper management and staff. Feedback from senior managers to staff is always negative and is on a huge whiteboard in the breakroom where we are supposed to be relaxing. Everyone is part time except the 2 senior level managers.
