Very little training is offered to hourly managers. Several former full time positions have been down sized into single positions in order to save money. Hours are so scarce that management is often seen ringing on register and assisting on the floor. A large portion of your job performance rating is based on customer surveys and asking customers repeatedly to sign up for the rewards program only makes for longer lines and angry customers.
