Low pay, no benefits, inexperienced management, terrible atmosphere, no training, can't ask questions, micro managed, favoritism, no room for advancement

Company declined rapidly over the course of my time there. One of the nails in the coffin was getting rid of any creative expression allowance in the dress code. Working at a craft store and you have to wear plain colors and just overall strict. Hours are always getting cut and no one ever gets any sort of raise. Managers basically get paid the same as cashiers and are expected to run the entire store while also being understaffed.
