Pros
Constant change, the store always has something going on. The people you work with can be really cool- usually into crafting in some capacity.
Cons
Little shifts or few shifts, even when you are promised more you will never get them. The stores have absolutely disgusting habits with employees: I worked as a stocker/replenishment team member and we worked in 30+ heat because management refused to turn A/C on until "there were people in the shop" aka, they wouldn't turn A/C on until there were customers and everyone else who was there from 4:30am had to work and suffer until the store opened. No voice mail at most places, so if you need to call in sick you literally can't until your shift is starting and then you get chewed out for being lazy when in fact you have no way of contacting management (they never gave our their numbers).
