      Pros

      Great products - get to see and play with new products. 30% staff discount.

      Cons

      Too many hours. Continually given too many hours even after talking to manager about it several times. Hard for a student to balance work/school/life balance.

      Low stress retail positions with no comission

      Pros

      No commission or quotas, relatively low stress setting (except around holidays, which is similar to any other retail setting), not required to work very late as the stores close latest around 9-10pm, team members can be excellent, creative and like-minded. If you're looking to advance to a management position, you can likely do so with ease if you're a good worker and a position arises.

      Cons

      Influx of hiring new employees for seasonal positions causes stress because of their lack of knowledge, training is not always sufficient for new employees, not very picky when it comes to hiring, which adds incompetent employees to an otherwise good team. It's a minimum wage job, but in my experience, management has almost always been hired from existing employees.

      If you work hard you 'll have more hours. Pay attention to details. Discounted creative products and good coworkers.

      Cons

      Maximum part time hours are capped at 28. Mandatory minimum email collection and request for customers to fill in surveys.
