Pros
you get a employee discount the co workers are nice pay isn't bad at all you do different things like i do cashiering and sales floor and some framing
Cons
the manager on duty isn't always available all the time i would call them up front for a key and they would respond i am on my lunch and i would have to send a coworker up for me. the manager signs you for demos even if you dont sign up for them and sign you up for birthday party's co workers and i have a hard time requesting time off work sometimes yoiu have to send it multiple times to get it approved.
