Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible scheduling, I was able to attend college while also working here. I was offered full time, coworkers were always nice, and most of the customers are good to work with, an okay employee discount.
Cons
Pay is not reasonable for the current cost of living. There is no way people are actually able to live off of only this, this was barely my primary source of income. Loads of turn over but that's because other places of employment pay significantly more. It was also really common for people to have multiple jobs.
