Instituted uniforms, low pay, very unpredictable and limited hours depending on store volume, overbearing and untrusting management from the district level, the general feeling of lost identity and ease of termination/replacement.

Usually only four people (manager, cashier, sales associate, framer) staffed in a huge, high traffic store. Unable to keep up with store maintenance. Can be very stressful trying to complete all tasks, so most people are always in a bad mood. Everyone else doesn't care about their jobs. In a management position, I only make $0.60 more than the minimum wage in my state. District managers very demanding and have no idea how busy our store gets! Email qutoas given by upper management are impossible to meet. Customers in my area have a sense of entitlement and are very demanding.
